Azerbaijani FIFA referee Elchin Masiyev will be in charge of European Qualifying round match between Lithuania vs Netherlands.
Masiyev will be assisted by his fellow countrymen Elshad Abdullayev and Parvin Talibov, with Aliyar Aghayev serving as the fourth official.
The Group G match will be played on September 7 at the Darius and Girenas stadium in Kaunas, Lithuania.
