“It is a great honor for me to participate in this important event for both our countries - the graduation ceremony of the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center. The relations between Israel and Azerbaijan are of great importance to us, both strategically and as a friendship,” said Moti Yeger, General Manager of the School of Continuing Education at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, during his speech at the graduation ceremony of the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center held in Baku.
The Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center, established through strong collaboration between the Technion, IRIA, and Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, has already trained more than 260 cybersecurity specialists, including graduates of the Ireli Corporate Program. Each graduating cohort proudly includes 100 alumni, many of whom now hold key positions within Azerbaijan’s rapidly growing cybersecurity ecosystem.
“We are proud of our joint efforts and look forward with great hope and confidence to expanding this program in the coming year. The successful implementation of this program was made possible thanks to the strong support of our local partners,” Moti Yeger emphasized.
