The 6th Summer Camp of Azerbaijani Diaspora Youth, dedicated to the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty," in Khankendi featured a panel discussion on global virtual community and networking platform.
The panel underscored the importance of advancing cybersecurity, exploring the ways for supporting the improvement of youth in this area. The discussions further focused on new criteria for shaping virtual community platforms.
Scheduled to run from August 3 to 9, jointly organized by the State Committee on Work with Diaspora and the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the camp brings together 128 young Azerbaijanis from 61 countries, along with participants from other friendly nations.
To date, the summer camp has been held in the cities of Sheki, Shamakhi, Shusha, Nakhchivan, and Lachin. The organizing committee receives more than 3,000 applications annually from over 60 countries. So far, more than 700 young people have participated in the program.
