Azerbaijan was successfully represented at the Diplomatic Club’s annual charity “Solidarity Bazaar” in Rabat, Morocco.
This marks the third time the Azerbaijani Embassy in Morocco has participated in the event, organized by the Diplomatic Clubs at the National Library of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Princess Lalla Meryem, a member of the Moroccan Royal Family, visited the various stands at this year’s edition, learning about the participating countries’ products, traditions, and philanthropic efforts.
The Azerbaijani pavilion attracted numerous visitors with its diverse exhibits, including national cuisine, handicrafts, and artisanal products highlighting the country’s rich cultural heritage. The high level of organization further established the pavilion as one of the most popular attractions at the event.
More than 40 countries and international organizations took part in the 2025 Solidarity Bazaar, offering a wide array of traditional and locally crafted products such as textiles, handicrafts, artworks, and cultural items from around the world.
The event, a longstanding tradition, brings together the diplomatic corps to promote cultural exchange and support humanitarian initiatives across Morocco. Proceeds from the charity initiative will benefit Moroccan NGOs assisting vulnerable populations, with a focus on education, healthcare, and empowering women - particularly in rural areas.
Azerbaijan’s participation aims to promote its cultural heritage, foster international dialogue and cooperation, and contribute to humanitarian efforts.
