Azerbaijan showcased its national cuisine at the 4th Turkish Cuisine Week, jointly organized by the Embassy of Türkiye to Romania and the Yunus Emre Institute in Bucharest.
At the event held at the National Theatre of Bucharest, the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Romania presented a variety of the country's traditional dishes, with particular attention to the signature dish “Shah Plov.”
Turkish Cuisine Week has been organized annually in Türkiye and internationally since 2022, under the initiative of Turkish First Lady Emine Erdoğan. This year’s edition focuses on “Classic Dishes of Turkish Cuisine.”
