On April 15, participants of the second meeting of the Heads of Committees on Defense and Security of the TURKPA Member Parliaments visited the Alley of Honors to pay tribute to National Leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev.
They laid flowers at the National Leader’s tomb.
