Lu Mei, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Azerbaijan, has donated 28 copies of 19 different books to the Scientific Library of Baku State University (BSU).

The books were presented by Rui Wang, Second Secretary of the Embassy, cover topics such as Chinese history, philosophy, science, politics, technology, economy, and culture. Reflecting the rich cultural heritage and history of the Ancient East, as well as the developmental traditions of modern China, the donated books are invaluable source of information for the university’s faculty and students, as they contribute to the enrichment of scientific and cultural research.

Through these books, university students and staff will gain deeper insight into Chinese culture, economic development, scientific achievements, and socio-political progress.

This initiative serves to further expand and strengthen cultural and academic ties between the two countries.
