Türkiye-Azerbaijan program launched at Institute of Regional Studies in Pakistan

The Türkiye-Azerbaijan Program at the Institute of Regional Studies (IRS) was inaugurated with the seminar titled “Shared Perspectives and Regional Stability: Türkiye, Azerbaijan and Pakistan.”

The Türkiye-Azerbaijan program will serve as a special analytical department operating under the auspices of the Institute of Regional Studies.

According to Azerbaijani Embassy in Islamabad, Azerbaijani Ambassador Khazar Farhadov, Turkish Ambassador Irfan Neziroğlu, and Ambassador Jauhar Saleem, President of the Institute of Regional Studies, delivered reports.

During the event, the participants were informed about the past, present and future of the fraternal relations between the three brotherly nations, based on shared historical, religious and cultural relations. The speakers highlighted the prospects of current trilateral format at the level of parliament speakers, foreign ministers and leaders as part of Azerbaijan-Türkiye-Pakistan trilateral cooperation. They hailed the launch of the current program as a manifestation of high-level relations between the two countries.
