Ukrainian media outlets have widely covered U.S. Vice President JD Vance’s visit to Azerbaijan.

The articles mention that the Charter on Strategic Partnership signed between the two countries was first presented during the negotiations held between President Ilham Aliyev and U.S. President Donald Trump in Washington last August.
