The meeting held in the city of Bishkek last September was instrumental in reinforcing the institutional framework of multilateral cooperation and enhancing collaboration among the member states. Today’s Baku-hosted meeting contributes to maintaining the positive momentum and business ties established during the first meeting, said Ali Asadov, Azerbaijani Prime Minister, as he addressed the meeting of the Heads of Government/Vice President of the Member States of Organization of Turkic States (OTS) held in Baku.

“I am confident that today’s meeting will significantly advance the friendship, brotherhood, and strategic partnership between our countries, expanding our bilateral cooperation,” the Azerbaijani PM added.

The Azerbaijani Premier also congratulated the Turkish national team, who following their victory over Kosovo on March 31, qualified for the FIFA World Cup for the first time in 24 years. “We extend our heartfelt congratulations to brotherly Türkiye on this historic achievement,” Ali Asadov noted.
