The Baku State University and the Ankara Haci Bayram Veli University of Türkiye signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
The document aims to facilitate the implementation of joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, workshops, symposiums, short-term courses, trainings, and collaborative scientific research to improve the teaching and learning processes at the faculties, institutes, and colleges of both universities, aligning them with international standards.
The memorandum also addresses issues such as joint publications in scientific journals, collaborative academic programs, curriculum and syllabus development, training, and the exchange of academic and administrative staff, as well as students, master’s candidates, doctoral candidates, and researchers.
The document was inked by BSU rector Elchin Babayev and President of Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Mehmet Naci Bostancı.
