Azerbaijani delegation led by Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev visited the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the invitation of this country’s Minister of Education Yousef al-Benyan.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the current cooperation between the two countries in the fields of higher education and vocational education, as wella s the upcoming initiatives.

The Azerbaijani delegation also visited the King Saud University.

During the meeting with the rector Ali Masmali, the parties exchanged views on the possibilities of cooperation with Azerbaijan’s higher education institutions.

During the visit, the Azerbaijani delegation visited the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology to familiarize itself with the modern laboratories, incubation center and innovation ecosystem.

The meeting held between Emin Amrullayev and Munir Eldesouki, President of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, also discussed the opportunities for cooperation.
