A delegation led by the Rector of Azerbaijan University, PhD in Philology Saadat Aliyeva, is participating in the “Study in Azerbaijan” education exhibition held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Co-organized by the Ministries of Science and Education of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, the exhibition brings together leading universities of the country to offer a wide range of educational programs, scholarship opportunities, and to introduce visitors to student life in Azerbaijan.
The event aims to expand cooperation in the field of education and to inform students and young professionals about educational opportunities in Azerbaijan.
Prior to the exhibition, the second Forum of Rectors of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijani Universities was held. The event addressed bilateral cooperation between the two countries, as well as prospects in the fields of science and higher education.
Azerbaijan University signed memorandums of understanding on cooperation with Kazakhstan’s K.I. Satbayev Kazakh National Research Technical University, Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenov, and Manash Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University (NKU). The documents were signed by the rectors, Saadat Aliyeva, Meiram Begentayev, Berik Akhmetov, and Yerbol Maratovich Issakayev, respectively.
