Oil prices increased in global markets.
On the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) in London, the price of Brent crude rose by $6.54 to $101.74 per barrel.
Meanwhile, on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), the price of Light crude increased by $7.44, reaching $104.01 per barrel.
