The event commenced with a tribute to the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, and to the Martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Motherland. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was then performed.

During the event, a general report was presented on the activities carried out by the Ministry of Defense in the first half of 2025. This was followed by an overview of the initiatives implemented in accordance with the Ministry's Communication Strategy, as approved by the relevant decision of Defense Minister Colonel General Zakir Hasanov. It was noted that strategic communication is being developed in alignment with modern innovations and current demands, as part of the broader reforms underway in the field of army development.

Participants were provided with detailed information on several topics, including “Cooperation with State Authorities and NGOs,” “Protection of State Secrets in the Media Space,” and “Work with Citizens’ Appeals.” The event also addressed military education efforts within the Azerbaijan Army, highlighting the role of the special educational institutions of the National Defense University and outlining their admission procedures.

The event concluded with a wide-ranging exchange of views. Suggestions were heard, and participants’ questions were addressed.
