An exhibition titled “The Spirit of Azerbaijan in Ukraine” by Rana Safarova, an Azerbaijani diaspora activist and master of applied arts, will open in Kyiv on September 16.
Hosted at the National Library of Ukraine, the exhibition will showcase Azerbaijan’s traditional clothing, cultural symbols, musical instruments, and national artworks.
“I have always represented Azerbaijan at international festivals through my handicrafts. Our recent historic victory has sparked even greater interest in our country. That’s why there is now a stronger need to promote our culture and national attire. In my first solo exhibition, I will strive to represent Azerbaijan with dignity through my handcrafted products and traditional garments," Safarova emphasized.
The exhibition will run until October 17.
