In advance of Lachin City Day, the Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense organized a media tour to one of the military units of the Azerbaijan Army stationed in the Lachin region, the Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.

Within the visit, media representatives were provided with detailed information regarding the organization of service and combat activities. Additionally, insights were shared into the social and living conditions, as well as available material and technical resources.

Media representatives visited the service and administrative rooms, the soldiers' dormitory, the canteen, the food and supplies warehouses, as well as other household facilities, and got acquainted with the conditions created for military personnel.

In interviews conducted throughout the tour, servicemen expressed their pride in serving in the liberated territories. They spoke about their ongoing theoretical and practical training, and elaborated on the structure of their combat and service-related responsibilities.

During the conversations, satisfaction was expressed for the social well-being of the military personnel and the awards they received for their achievements in service, as a result of the attention and care of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev. Soldiers, sergeants, warrant officers and officers expressed their pride in serving in the Victorious Azerbaijan Army.
