The Declaration of the international conference on “Uniting efforts and enhancing cooperation to address the issue of missing persons,” organized by Azerbaijan’s State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages, and Missing Persons, in Baku on October 9-11, has been registered and circulated as an official document of the United Nations General Assembly and Security Council.
Tofig Musayev, Azerbaijan's Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN), addressed a letter to the Organization’s Secretary-General in this regard, requesting the letter and its annex containing the declaration to be circulated as a document of the General Assembly, under agenda items 31, 69, 71 and 84, and of the Security Council.
