“Students from Moldova are currently studying at the bachelor’s and master’s levels in Azerbaijan for the 2025–2026 academic year. Student exchange is recognized as a key element of cooperation between the two countries,” said Jeyhun Bayramov, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, during a joint briefing with his Moldovan counterpart Mihai Popșoi.
The minister emphasized that the launch of direct flights between Baku and Chisinau in 2023 has significantly enhanced mutual relations and fostered economic cooperation.
