3rd CIS Games Organizing Committee convenes second meeting
The Organizing Committee of the 3rd CIS Games convened its second meeting, chaired by Samir Sharifov, Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, on June 13.
The meeting heard the reports on the preparations for the games by the Baku City Circuit Operations Company under the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Subsequently, an overview was provided regarding the overall progress, including the accreditation process, airport reception and departure services, transportation during the opening and closing ceremonies, and the competitions, supplies and logistics, administrative matters, recruitment, volunteer program, media services and communications, sporting operations, setting up competition venues, and ensuring security.
