In their final Group B encounter, the Azerbaijani national team faced off against a strong Spanish side, claiming a decisive 16-11 victory.
With this win, Azerbaijan finished second in the group standings, officially qualifying for the semifinals.
The winner of the FIBA 3x3 Champions Cup 2026 will secure direct qualification to the Cups-based Olympic Qualification Tournament in 2028.
