UEFA has appointed Frank De Bleeckere, Advisor to the Secretary General on International Refereeing and Referee Trainings, to serve as the referee inspector in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 match between Barcelona (Spain) and Newcastle (England).
The match to be held at Barcelona’s Camp Nou stadium will be officiated by a team of French referees.
The match will be played on March 18.
