“The criminal case involving Azerbaijanis detained in Yekaterinburg has been transferred to the central office of the Russian Investigative Committee,” said Svetlana Petrenko, official representative of the Russian Investigative Committee.
She noted that the Committee’s Chairman, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered the case to be transferred to the Investigative Committee to ensure a more comprehensive and objective investigation.
