“Corruption is one of the world’s major issues, involving complex mechanisms that require effective countermeasures,” said Sornchai Chuwichien, representative of the National Anti-Corruption Commission of Thailand and participant in the 6th plenary meeting of the United Nations Global Operational Network of Anti-Corruption Law Enforcement Authorities (GlobE Network) held in Baku.
He also noted that the event, organized in Baku, plays a significant role in strengthening international cooperation in the fight against corruption.
