Establishing twinning relations between Azerbaijan’s city of Lachin and Ukraine’s city of Irpin is a manifestation of cooperation between the two countries’ regions, said Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with his Ukrainian counterpart Andrii Sybiha.
Touching upon the economic cooperation between the two countries, the minister emphasized that the Azerbaijan-Ukraine business forum and other projects could impart a positive impetus to bilateral relations in this area.
