For us it is very important that Azerbaijan supports Ukraine's sovereignty. I express gratitude to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for this, said Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha at a joint press conference with FM Jeyhun Bayramov.
"Ukraine's post-war reconstruction will be a major undertaking, and we are looking forward for Azerbaijan's support in this. We particularly prioritize cooperation in the field of mine clearance. Our country stands always ready to support Azerbaijan in turning it into an energy hub in the Caucasus," the minister added, expressing his appreciation for the support provided by Azerbaijan to the Ukrainian city of Irpin.
