Deputy director of the ANAS Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi, PhD in Philology, associate professor Mehman Hasanli conducted a seminar at the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, one of the best universities in Central Asia, located in Bishkek, Kyrgystan.
The seminar, which was held as part of celebration of the 97th anniversary of Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aitmatov, was attended by Turkic studies scholars, teachers, undergraduate and graduate students studying in this field.
Highlighting the importance of Aitmatov's legacy in strengthening cultural dialogue and regional cooperation, Mehman Hasanli delivered a speech on the topic of "Chingiz Aitmatov's friendly relations with Azerbaijani writers" and responded to questions from teachers and students.
