Baku State University embarks on cooperation with Pakistani university

The Baku State University (BSU) and Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan of Pakistan have signed a Memorandum of cooperation to strengthen academic collaboration.

The Memorandum envisages supporting joint projects aimed at enhancing the quality of teaching and learning at both universities, while aligning their educational programs with international standards.

The document includes the organization of conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and short-term courses. The document also covers collaborative research, the development of academic programs and curricula, joint publications, as well as the exchange of faculty, staff, and students.

The Memorandum was inked by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Vice-Chancellor Jamil Ahmad of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. Founded in 2009, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan ranks 406th in the QS Asia University Rankings.
