By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 31 March 2026, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population has granted the Presidential monthly scholarship to four family members of deminers Seymur Rashid oglu Namazov and Ragif Deputat oglu Isayev, who lost their lives in an incident caused by the detonation of explosive ordnance during mine clearance operations.
Under the Presidential Decree, the designated amount is to be allocated in equal shares corresponding to the number of family members.
