The Euronews TV channel has aired a video report highlighting the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), which is set to be held in Baku.
The report entitled “Behind the scenes: final preparations intensify ahead of WUF13” focused on preparations for the forum and organizational processes.
“Final preparations are under way for WUF13 in Baku, with Azerbaijan working across infrastructure, security and visitor services ahead of more than 28,000 participants attending the global urban forum.
In this episode of Road to WUF13, we take a behind-the-scenes look at final preparations ahead of the global urban forum.
More than 28,000 participants and around 1,000 media representatives are expected to attend the event, which will feature 40 main sessions and 350 partner-led events.
Organisers are adapting the Olympic Stadium into a large-scale conference venue, while transport authorities expand bus lanes and electric fleets to improve mobility. Police are increasing safety measures and digital monitoring systems, while tourism authorities are preparing tailored tours to showcase the country’s cultural landmarks.”
