The solo exhibition “Magnificent Baku” by Azerbaijani artist Chingiz Abasov opened at the Hämeenlinna City Library in Finland.
The organization of the exhibition during the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty” carries special significance. The artist’s works reflect the beauty, spirit, and modernity of his native city, Baku.
“Although I have lived far from my homeland for decades, I have always tried to convey the richness of Azerbaijani culture and the humanistic, universal values of our people through my art in the countries where I’ve lived,” said artist Chingiz Abasov.
