On December 10, Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB) and Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) showcased the country’s tourism potential at the “New Map” Travel Summit held in Tel Aviv, Israel.
The conference brought together over 350 tourism industry representatives.
Addressing the conference, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Israel Mukhtar Mammadov highlighted the existing opportunities for cooperation in the development of tourism relations between the two countries.
During the event, participants had the opportunity to taste samples of Azerbaijan’s national cuisine.
The Azerbaijani delegation and representatives of the Israeli tourism industry held B2B meetings on the margins of the summit.
During the first 11 months of 2025, the number of Israeli visitors to Azerbaijan more than doubled compared to the same period in the previous year, totaling 59,917 people.
