A delegation led by Elmar Gasimov, Rector of the Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS), visited Istanbul to participate in the Global Sustainable Development Congress, jointly organized by Times Higher Education and the Turkish Council of Higher Education (YÖK).
BHOS was represented with its own stand at the Azerbaijan pavilion, which presented the university’s international education opportunities and scientific research potential, and attracted great interest from participants.
Emin Amrullayev, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Science and Education, and Ulkar Sattarova, Director of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education, also attended the Congress.
The event was jointly initiated by Times Higher Education and the Turkish Council of Higher Education (YÖK).
