The launch of the first direct flight between Belgrade and Baku represents a landmark milestone in the development of Azerbaijan-Serbia relations, serving to further enhance the strategic partnership between the two countries, Nikola Selaković, Serbian Minister of Culture told journalists.
According to the minister, the new air link will bring Belgrade and Baku closer, unlocking fresh avenues for cooperation not only in transport, but across the economic, trade, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
Nikola Selaković emphasized that the sincere political dialogue between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić serves as a primary catalyst for the development of bilateral relations.
Highlighting culture and sports as priority areas for cooperation, the Serbian minister expressed his confidence that bilateral exchanges in these sectors will intensify in the near future.
