A meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Media Development Agency dedicated to the outcomes of 2025 was held on December 17.

The meeting, chaired by Supervisory Board Chairman Daghbeyi Ismayilov, was attended by board members Vugar Aliyev, Shafag Mehraliyeva, Sevil Mikayilova, Elchin Shikhli, as well as the Agency’s Executive Director, Ahmad Ismayilov.

The discussions focused on the Agency’s performance over the year, activities carried out in priority areas, international achievements, and the impact of implemented projects on the overall media environment.

Participants also exchanged views on objectives for the next period, ways to deepen international cooperation, and measures to strengthen Azerbaijan’s global media influence.

As part of the meeting, Executive Director of the Media Development Agency Ahmad Ismayilov presented members of the Supervisory Board with the jubilee medal marking the 150th Anniversary of Azerbaijan’s National Press (1875–2025).
