A total of 43 families, totaling 176 individuals, have been resettled in the village of Kangarli in Aghdam district and received the keys to their new homes.
The key handover ceremony was attended by officials from the Special Representative Office of the Azerbaijani President in Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand districts, and the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).
Returning residents expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev, First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, and the Azerbaijani Army. They also honored the memory of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country.
