Nakhchivan State University and Türkiye’s Istanbul University have signed dual diploma agreements for two academic specialties in Istanbul.
The agreements were signed by Rector of Nakhchivan State University Elbrus Isayev and Rector of Istanbul University Osman Bülent Zülfikar.
The collaboration covers two academic specialties: “History of the Turkic World” and “Strategic Management,” developed within the framework of a state program aimed at training specialists.
Students admitted to the new academic programs will study for two years - one year at Nakhchivan State University and one year at Istanbul University. This model allows them to benefit from the academic expertise and resources of both institutions. Upon successful completion, students will be awarded diplomas from both partner universities.
