“Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Georgia play a pivotal role in developing the region’s transit potential. Without these three strategic partner countries, it would be futile to speak of the region’s transit capabilities,” said Georgia’s Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili during a panel discussion at the “Dubrovnik 2025” Forum.
According to her, the three countries are implementing major projects in the energy and transportation sectors, which underscores the strong cooperation and strategic partnership among them.
“Our cooperation is not limited to this,” the Georgian Foreign Minister added. “We have significant potential, and together with Central Asian and Eastern countries, we are working to promote the Middle Corridor, which is vital not only for Europe but also for the region itself. I believe other partner countries should support us in this endeavor.”
