Awareness events continue in line with the joint plans approved by the Ministry of Defense and other government authorities.
The Scientific-Educational Center of the General Prosecutor’s Office hosted a training session on "Features of Investigations in the Form of Simplified Pre-Judicial Proceedings and Proceedings on Administrative Offenses," with the participation of representatives from the Main Department of Internal Security and Investigations of the Ministry of Defense, the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic, and subordinate district (city) prosecutor’s offices.
The event covered various topics related to the conduct of investigations within simplified pre-judicial proceedings and administrative offense proceedings, as well as other relevant issues.
At the end, participants engaged in a comprehensive exchange of views on the topics of interest.
