Members of two organized criminal groups, comprised of Russian citizens suspected of involvement in the transit of narcotics from Iran, their online distribution, and cyber fraud, were brought before the Sabail District Court. Presided over by Judge Ulviyya Shukurova, the court is reviewing a motion from the investigative authority to impose detention as a preventive measure for eight individuals.
